Consultation only: £75.00

A two hour consultation in the comfort of your own home to advice and guide on styles, creative ideas, etc. to give your home that extra special style. A second visit is included at which a colour board will be presented.

Home Staging:  From 250.00

For all you homeowners who want to maximise the value of your home to sell it quickly and at the best price. HMS Interior Design will advise you on ways of improving and updating your home to make it more attractive to potential buyers.

This service is also of great value to house builders and developers, enhancing the value and appeal of their properties, so achieving the best price and reducing the time to sell. Prospective buyers are better able to imagine themselves in the house or apartment when it is furnished rather than merely an empty space.

Full Interior Design & Styling:  From £350 per room

Here, we discuss ideas and styling for your design by going through our lifestyle questionnaire; this builds up a profile of your exact requirements for us to work together on. A brief will then be given to you on the second visit along with colour boards, samples and research material for you to look at and discuss with us. As this service is based on each individual project, the price will depend on how many rooms there are to design; this will be discussed at the consultation stage.

This service is available to you if you are planning a full refurbishment or a new build project. We work from start to finish, co-ordinating with architects and tradesmen, ensuring that the job is completed on time and within the budget specified. As this is an individual service to you, a price will be given at the consultation stage. Should you wish to proceed with this service; the initial consultation fee will be deducted from the final cost.
